II. General information on data processing

1. Extent of processing of personal data
Our processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place only for the purposes agreed with them or if there is another legal basis (in the sense of the GDPR). Only personal data that is actually necessary for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us are collected.

2. Your rights (data subject rights)
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, data transfer1, the origin of your data, unless it was collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling. If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us contradicts the applicable data protection regulations, you have the option to complain to the data protection office.

III. Description and scope of data processing

1. Provision of the website
Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data is collected here:
- Information about the browser type and the version used
- The user's operating system
- The user's Internet service provider
- The user's IP address
- Date and time of access
- Internet sites from which the user's system reaches our website

We store this information for a maximum of 30 days. The storage is done for data security reasons to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.

2. Web analysis
We do not carry out our own web analyzes on our website and do not use a web analysis tool.
The visitor and usage data mentioned above is therefore not evaluated.

3. Contact Form
If you fill out a contact form or send us an email or other electronic message, your details will only be stored for the processing of the request, any related questions, and will only be used in connection with the request.
The legal basis for processing your request is Art. 6 Para. 1 S 1 lit. B GDPR.
We will delete your email address after your request has been processed.

4. File downloads
We do not require any personal information from you so that you can download files from our website.

IV. Data security
We use the widespread SSL procedure in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting the website. You can tell whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser. In addition, we apply other suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
