Condition of the contract

Contracts on this website can only be concluded in German.

You submit a binding offer to BLS AG if you have completed the online ordering process by entering the information requested there and click the "Send order" button in step 5. After you have sent your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and listing its details (confirmation of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that we have received your order.

The contract is only concluded when the goods you have ordered are sent.

Your order data will be saved in our house. If you wish this in printed form, you can print out the "order confirmation". This will appear on your screen after you have submitted the order. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive all relevant data of your order by email, which can also be printed out.

Refund policy

You can return the goods received without giving a reason within two weeks by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can you explain the return by requesting a return in text form. In order to meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient. In any case, the return is at your own expense and risk. Consequences of Return
In the event of an effective return, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits used (e.g. benefits in use) must be surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the goods as your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt. Discounted items and promotional goods are non-returnable. The buyer bears the costs for the return, as we also offer free shipping.

Prices and Delivery, Payment Options
All prices are in EURO and include VAT. in the amount of 7.7% and are plus shipping costs. The price at the time of the order applies. VAT does not apply to deliveries to third countries such as Germany, Austria or other EU countries. Calculation.

Delivery takes place only within the available countries as listed in our offer, including Germany, Austria etc. We will inform you about our delivery time in the respective order process. If the delivery time specified there cannot be met, we will inform you by email.

Shipping
All orders over 50 EUR value of goods will be shipped FREE OF SHIPPING. For orders under 49.99 EUR value of goods, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 4,90. As a result, the costs for postage / freight and packaging are only partially covered, BLS AG takes care of the rest. In exceptional cases we have to charge a higher flat rate. This is shown accordingly. If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is made in several stages, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.

Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. Failure to do so will have no consequences for your statutory rights. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the statutory warranty period of 2 years, the statutory claims apply at your choice.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of BLS AG until full payment.

Payment, Due Date, Late Payment

The goods can be paid either by direct debit, on account or by credit card. BLS AG reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases or to use the prepayment payment method.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay by sending cash or checks. We exclude liability for any losses.

When paying by direct debit, the debit is made approximately 14 days after the invoice date. When paying by credit card, the debit is made after the goods have been dispatched. In the event of any returns, the invoice amount can be reduced accordingly.
